We reply within 24–48 business hours. We’re happy to help with sizing, orders, care, and wholesale.
Garment care: Wash cold, inside-out. Tumble low or hang dry. Do not iron prints.
Shipping
Processing time: 1–3 business days after your order is placed.
Where we ship: Puerto Rico + U.S. states & D.C. (no international yet).
Carrier: USPS with tracking emailed at ship.
Rates: Calculated at checkout.
Delivery estimates: PR 2–5 business days; U.S. 4–9 business days (weather/holidays may affect timing).
Pre-orders: Ship within the stated window. Orders that mix in-stock + pre-order items ship together unless you request a split shipment.
Address fixes: If you entered a wrong address, contact us ASAP. Once scanned by USPS, we can’t reroute.
Lost/late packages: After USPS marks “Accepted,” transit time is out of our control—but we’ll help you file a trace/claim.
Returns & Exchanges
No refunds. No returns. No exchanges.
All sales are final. Please review sizing and your order carefully before checkout.

Pre-Order Policy
Payment is taken at checkout. Estimated ship window: one business day. Orders with pre-order + in-stock items ship together unless you request a split shipment (additional shipping may apply). Dates are estimates and may shift due to production/logistics.
Gift Card Policy
Digital gift cards are delivered by email and do not expire. No fees. Non-refundable. Discounts can’t be used to purchase gift cards. Gift cards can be used on merchandise only.
User-Generated Content / Reviews
If you tag @flushurmind or use our branded hashtags, you grant us permission to repost your content on our site/socials with credit. You’re responsible for ensuring you own the rights to the content you share.
Intellectual Property / DMCA
